  4. The content of the local spatial development plan approved by Resolution No. V.18.2011 of the Ustka Commune Council of February 18, 2011 on the adoption of the local spatial development plan for the north-eastern part of the Machowinko geodetic district in the Ustka Commune (hereinafter referred to as the local spatial development plan), covering the area of the real estate belonging to the Seller.
  5. Annex No. 1 to the Agreement (A3 format) – division design with the route of the MV line.
  6. Local development plan drawing with stage markings.
  7. Results of geotechnical tests for the plot area.
  8. Decision of the Mayor of the Ustka Commune of September 1, 2021 on the approval of the division project.
  9. Resolution – correction of the decision approving the division project.
  10. Map with the division project.
  11. Certificate of purpose in the local plan for plots 375-528.
