At the same time, we emphasize that this website (Ustoria.pl) can be viewed without providing your personal data.

   • Providing payment services, ensuring the security of the services we provide electronically, handling your requests sent e.g. via the contact form when they are not directly related to the performance of the contract, debt collection, conducting court, administrative and mediation proceedings, storing data for archival purposes and ensuring accountability (fulfillment of obligations arising from legal provisions) – because processing is necessary to implement our legitimate interest, which is the provision of services, fulfillment of your requests, the possibility of establishing, pursuing or defending against claims, archiving data (Article 6(1) .1 letter f GDPR).
4. The recipients of your data may be:
   • Entities authorized under applicable law, e.g. courts and state authorities,

   • Fulfillment of our legal obligations under EU or Polish law – until the data storage obligations under the law expire,
   • Providing payment services, ensuring the security of the services we provide electronically, handling your requests sent e.g. via the contact form when they are not directly related to the performance of the contract, debt collection, conducting court, administrative and mediation proceedings, storing data for archival purposes and ensuring accountability – until the limitation period for claims under the contract(s) or claims related to the processing of personal data expires or until an objection is raised.
6. You have the following rights:
   • Access to your personal data, including obtaining a copy of your data,
   • Changes to data (corrections, supplements, updates),
   • Withdrawal of consent at any time in cases of data processing based on previously granted consent,
   • Restriction of processing at any time due to a particular situation, unless processing is required by law,
   • Object to the processing of personal data if the data processing is based on a legitimate interest or for statistical purposes and the objection is justified by a special situation,
   • Requests to delete data,
   • Transfer personal data, i.e. to receive this personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and you have the right to send this personal data to another administrator.
   • Submit a complaint to the supervisory body responsible for the protection of personal data, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
7. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the contract(s) between us.
