We are happy to join your search for the perfect building plot by the sea. In our opinion, the method of financing should not be a reason, but only a way of facilitating your making an investment beside the seaside. Therefore, we present the following proposal.

No interest

We are pleased to propose a unique offer for the sale of building plots in installments with no interest. We want to enable you to purchase a plot of land as part of the USTORIA project in a convenient and financially accessible way. In this way, we also want to convince everyone of our strong and stable position and that we are a trustworthy partner.

Here are the main details of what we offer

  1. The proposal applies to building plots available for sale as part of the offer available on this website. This offer is time-limited.
  2. Interest-free installments: under this, we give you the opportunity to pay for your plot in convenient installments, without any additional interest costs.
  3. There are 4 simple options for purchasing a plot in installments:
    • Variant I (65/35)
      • 65% of the price payable upon signing the notarial deed
      • 35% of the price payable within 12 months from the date of purchasing the plot
    • Variant II (50/50)
      • 50% of the price payable upon signing the notarial deed
      • 50% of the price payable within 9 months from the date of purchasing the plot
    • Variant III (30 + monthly installments)
      • min. 30% of the price payable upon signing the notarial deed
      • the rest of the price is payable in 11 equal monthly installments
    • Variant IV (30 + quarterly installments)
      • min. 30% of the price payable upon signing the notarial deed
      • the rest of the price is payable quarterly, in 4 equal installments.
  4. Securing the payment of the remaining price of the plot can be done by establishing a mortgage on the purchased plot until full repayment. After paying the price of the plot, we will immediately provide consent to cancel the mortgage. The only additional cost of purchasing in installments is the cost of establishing a mortgage (PLN 200).

Transfer of ownership of the plot

The transfer of ownership of the plot takes place on the day of concluding the notarial deed. This means that, depending on the selected variant, you become the owner of the plot by the sea immediately after paying 30, 50 or 65% of the plot price.

You can settle VAT on the entire plot price immediately

This may be a windfall for companies and people running a business. The prices and installments presented are amounts calculated from the gross price. In other words, regardless of which option you choose, you can settle VAT on the entire value of the plot immediately. The price of the plot includes 23% VAT. This means that by choosing variant III or IV, in the event of applying for a VAT refund or settling this tax the actual cost of the plot in the initial period will only be 7%.

12 months too short?

The plots within the Ustoria project are developed and have a fully regulated legal status. This means that their purchase can be easily financed with a bank mortgage loan. Therefore, if you need a longer financing period – the plots from Ustoria are a perfect choice for securing a bank loan.

In the case of 12 months for obtaining a loan, we can provide all the information and documents that are necessary for the bank to consider the application.
