We are pleased to announce that the construction of another house within the Ustoria project has begun. This is a special building for us – a compact seaside house designed by Ustoria, with an area of 67 m². It was created with comfort and versatility in mind. Our goal is for it to be perfect for living, relaxation, as well as running a business.
Interestingly, it is possible to build two or more such buildings on a single plot of land. The local zoning plan allows for this option.
We encourage you to follow our updates, as we will be regularly informing you about the progress of the work and sharing reports from the construction site. This way, everyone will be able to see how this unique project takes shape step by step.
